How can parents help their children form Healthy Eating Habits?
1. Make a wide variety of healthful snacks available( yogurt, fruits, vegetables, baked chips or pretzels)
2. Eat meals together as a family.
3. Buy low or non-fat milk 
 4. Be active with your children.
5. Do not use food to punish or reward your children.
